Trash Cages capture trash and debris that enters the stormwater sewer system.  The screened rectangular cages are installed across an outfall with the upstream side open to capture the trash and debris while allowing the water to flow downstream through the screening.  Single or multiple cage systems can be designed depending on the size of the outfall.
